Repeal Oak Fired: Experience Exquisite Flavors in an Upscale Setting

Everything was amazing. I had the organic chicken and my husband had the dry aged strip repeal style. So full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The Spiced Mule was the absolute best mule I've ever taste. The Truffle Honey Burrata was a great start and both the Apple Tarte and the Creme Brulee were an amazing end.

We came out for a corporate meeting and Mikaela was amazing. She offered very professional service. The entire staff was great and the manager checked on us during our meal. Mikaela suggesting the pistachio creme brûlée and it was absolutely fantastic. When I make another trip up from Minnesota I better have Mikaela as my waitress!

Had Patrick and Darian as our waiters. They did an absolutely amazing job. The food was out of this world. I got the tomahawk pork chop which was ridiculously sized and delicious. Wife got the new york strip which was HUGE and she loved it. The sides we chose were great and same with the appetizers!!! Best part (other than the pork chop) were the prawns!!! They are worth it! Will definitely be coming back again!!!

Mikaela was an excellent server. She was personable, always on the ball, so sweet. She made the whole night. We’re in sales and kept saying we would steal her in a second. She knew about the food, was fully upfront and honest, and bonded with us. She even folded napkins every time we stood up from the table. I highly recommend dining here but especially with her a server.

I am writing to share what a wonderful experience I had at Repeal. Jared Jones is a distinguished asset to your team; the attention to detail he provided made our visit truly exceptional. The entire staff was professional and handled the rush during the Louisville game impressively. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the bone marrow appetizer—it is especially delicious when added to the steak. We had a great experience and look forward to returning soon

Repeal is located at the lobby of Hotel Distil. Very chic and upscale vibe. Clean. Spacious. We got credits for being Marriott members so we decided to try their breakfast. The menu is traditional American style. Eggs, sausages, omelettes etc. I had The American. Scrambled eggs are on point. Toasts and butter are great. They pan seared or fried the potatoes. It’s very flavorful and delicious. The staff are all so nice. Very welcoming and attentive. I had such a good time enjoying my breakfast.

Had the most perfect experience with server Miranda! She was friendly and kind and quite observant to exactly my pace this evening. She made recommendations and checked on me often. The beet salad was small yet delicious-truly my favorite. The filet with bone marrow butter and broccolini and twice baked potato were so flavorful- I almost finished it all! The meal was complete by the excellent Cabernet red wine that was also recommended by Miranda. A true 10 out of 10 and can’t wait to come back!!!

Repeal was adjacent to the lobby of the hotel we were staying. We went to the restaurant for breakfast on multiple days. They have such modern slick interior. There are tables, booths and a fancy big bar with high chairs. During dinner time, they were so busy, the wait time was more than an hour. For breakfast they had a short menu. I had the American breakfast plate and juice both day. The toast, eggs, chicken sausage, bowl of berries, all were good. Loved the OJ. Both times our servers were excellent. Had really delightful friendly service from two different servers.
